Booking email service terms

Coastal Current Booking Emails connects the business Gmail account to Coastal Current's reservation service for owner-authorized booking communications.

Authorized use

The connection is for authorized Coastal Current operators. It sends reservation and operational messages, including confirmations, waiver reminders, cancellations, refunds and deposit updates. Connecting Gmail does not enroll customers in marketing or require customers to grant Google access.

The account holder authorizes the send-only permission shown by Google and can withdraw that access through Google Account connections. Gmail availability and sending limits still apply.

Rental agreements

These terms describe the email connection only. Rental pricing, cancellation rights, deposits, rider waivers and other rental obligations remain governed by the applicable booking details and rental agreement.
